Zrenjanin Assembly Adopts Repressive Rules of Procedure

The 'Changes in Focus' (PUF) councilor group in the Zrenjanin City Assembly announced that a new set of rules of procedure, formally regulating order but practically introducing repression against the opposition, was adopted at the last local parliament session.
