Zelensky on fixed terms of service: higher pay, new contracts expected to help

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that direct funding for combat brigades and expanding their capacity to conduct basic military training on their own, combined with increased pay and new contracts, will help establish specific terms of service.
