Zaragoza Reduces Fines for Homeless Individuals
The city of Zaragoza has rectified its policy, lowering fines for homeless people sleeping in public parks from €3,000 to €50, after Mayor Natalia Chueca acknowledged the previous penalties were "excessive and unmanageable."
