Zagreb Commemorates 31st Anniversary of Rocket Attack

Wreaths were laid and candles lit in Zagreb on the 31st anniversary of the rocket attack that killed seven and wounded over 200 civilians. Zagreb Mayor Tomislav Tomašević stated that many have not learned from the event.
