Yakuza Member Arrested for Allegedly Kidnapping Woman for Overseas Scam Operations
Tokyo police have arrested a 25-year-old member of the Sumiyoshi-kai crime syndicate for allegedly kidnapping a 28-year-old woman in Kabukicho with the intent of forcing her to participate in special fraud operations overseas, specifically in Cambodia.
