World Bank Funding Alone Insufficient to End Ghana's Double-Track System by 2027

The Institute for Education Studies (IFEST) has questioned the feasibility of the Ghanaian government's plan to eliminate the double-track system in Senior High Schools by 2027, stating that World Bank funding alone will not be enough.
