Gewalt am Arbeitsplatz ‚kein Randphänomen‘

Die Fälle von Gewalt und Belästigung am Arbeitsplatz nehmen zu. Bei der Allgemeinen Unfallversicherungsanstalt (AUVA) wurden im Vorjahr rund 1.750 Übergriffe gemeldet – ein Anstieg von fast zwei Dritteln seit 2021. Besonders betroffen sind Beschäftigte, vorwiegend Frauen, im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich sowie in Berufen mit intensivem Kundenkontakt.
