Žiemos pabaigoje socialiniuose tinkluose kilo nepasitenkinimo banga. Internautai ėmė skųstis dėl nesuprantamų taisyklių Kauno IX forto muziejaus teritorijoje, mat dėl neaiškių priežasčių ten uždrausta čiuožinėti.
