Warsaw Tram and Bicycle Path Construction Delays in Wilanów

Tram priority has only been implemented in four out of 30 points on the Wilanów line in Warsaw, while the construction of a bicycle path along Sobieskiego Street is also delayed, with severe winter blamed.
