Volunteers Barred from Cleaning Up Large Plastic Nurdle Spill

Volunteers are expressing anger after being prevented from participating in the clean-up of a massive spill of plastic nurdles into the sea, which has already led to fish being found with plastic pieces inside them near a vital seabird colony.
