Įmonė „Energesman“ ketvirtadienį išplatino pranešimą, kuriame teigia, kad Vilniaus apskrities atliekų tvarkymo centras (VAATC) neturi taršos integruotos prevencijos ir kontrolės (TIPK) leidimo operuoti Vilniaus mišrių atliekų gamyklą. Be to, teigiama, kad ketvirtadienį gamykla neveikė, nes joje buvo atjungtas elektros energijos tiekimas.
