Video Surveillance Footage Deemed Valid Evidence for Offenses in Montenegro
The Agency for Personal Data Protection in Montenegro has stated that video surveillance footage from public areas can be considered regular evidence for offenses, provided conditions of the Personal Data Protection Law are met.
