Na 12 lat więzienia został skazany Patryk R., oskarżony o usiłowanie zabójstwa obywatela Zimbabwe i przemoc wobec obywateli Włoch w Częstochowie. Z kolei Paweł T. za udział w atakach usłyszał wyrok jednego roku więzienia w zawieszeniu. Rozstrzygnięcie jest nieprawomocne.
