Venice Commission Advises Poland Against Further Judicial Reform Bill

The Venice Commission has recommended that Poland cease further work on the presidential draft law concerning changes in the judiciary. Sejm Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty announced that the opinion stated Karol Nawrocki's project would "deepen the crisis."
