USA Threatens Germany Over Investment Obligation for Streamers in Film Funding

US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer has issued a threat to Germany regarding its investment obligation for streaming services in film funding. The USA also announced 'retaliation' against Canada, where the quota for streamers to fulfill with domestic projects is being increased.
