US Immigration Officers to Be Equipped with Electric Shock Gloves

The US immigration agency, ICE, plans to equip its enforcement officers and agents with gloves capable of delivering painful electric shocks. The agency is purchasing $20 million worth of these gloves, which the manufacturer states are safe when used properly.
