UN Prepares Venezuela's Post-Earthquake Reconstruction Plan

The United Nations, in collaboration with the Delcy Rodríguez government, the World Bank, and other financial institutions, is preparing a reconstruction plan for Venezuela following an earthquake, with controlled demolitions of damaged buildings already underway in La Guaira.
