Two soldiers from Skelia regiment notified of suspicions of cruel treatment of fellow soldiers

Officials from the State Bureau of Investigations have notified two soldiers from the medical company of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment Skelia of their status as suspects in connection with the cruel treatment of fellow soldiers.
