Lubinets urges European partners to continue supporting Ukrainians displaced by war

Ukraine's Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, has called on European partners to continue supporting Ukrainians who fled the country because of Russia's war, while stressing that safe return will only be possible once proper conditions are established in Ukraine.
