Defense Ministry expands military personnel’s right to report corruption Military personnel will be given the right to report corruption and protected from retaliation for doing so, as the Cabinet of Ministers has backed a Defense Ministry bill proposing amendments to the Disciplinary Statute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
