Lubinets calls for international missions to be granted access to Russian-occupied Oleshky

Ukraine’s Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets has called on the international community to ensure access for international missions to the temporarily Russian-occupied town of Oleshky in the Kherson region to document crimes and to establish effective response mechanisms to the humanitarian catastrophe and inhumane living conditions there.
