Ukraine brings home 103 defenders in prisoner exchange with Russia

Ukraine has successfully repatriated 103 soldiers from Russian captivity as part of a new prisoner exchange, including personnel from the National Guard, Armed Forces, Navy, Territorial Defence, and State Border Guard Service.
