Ugandan King Omukama Rukidi IV Dies of Cancer at 34

The monarch of the Tooro Kingdom in Uganda has died from an aggressive form of cancer while receiving treatment in the United States. He was widely recognized for holding the Guinness World Record for being crowned king at age three.
