Togo releases two French journalists detained since July

Gaël Mocaër and Sebastian Perez Pezzani are expected to arrive in France as early as Wednesday evening, Le Monde has learned. They traveled to the African country to film a documentary for French television, before being arrested on July 27 and charged with making false statements related to their visas.
