Two Foreign Nationals Attempt to Set Fire to Substation in West Ukraine

Law enforcement officers in Chernivtsi, west Ukraine, have foiled an attempt by two foreign nationals to set fire to a substation. The substation supplies power to critical infrastructure facilities in Bukovyna.
