Two Croatians Charged in Major Liberian Drug Affair

Liberian authorities have charged two Croatian citizens, Nikola Ivančić and Mihovil Vrovac, along with a Ukrainian national, in absentia as part of a large drug trafficking case also involving a former Liberian vice president.
