TV Rain Editor Sentenced to 8 Years in Absentia by Moscow Court
A Moscow court has sentenced Tikhon Dzyadko, the editor-in-chief of independent Russian TV channel TV Rain (Dozhd), to eight years in prison in absentia. The conviction was based on charges of spreading 'false information'.
