Tusla Refers Deaths of Three Teenagers in M9 Crash for Independent Investigation

Tusla, Ireland's child and family agency, has referred the deaths of three teenagers in an M9 crash for investigation by an independent body; one victim was in residential placement, and the other two were also known to the agency.
