Türkiye appoints new ambassador to Ukraine

Türkiye has appointed Fatma Ceren Yazgan, currently serving as ambassador to the Netherlands, as its new ambassador to Ukraine. She will replace Mustafa Levent Bilgen, who has held the post since 2023 and will now head Türkiye's first diplomatic mission.
