Türkiye Aims for New UNESCO Sites at 2027 Istanbul Session

Türkiye, which currently boasts 22 sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is preparing to host the 49th session of the World Heritage Committee in Istanbul in 2027 and aims to add new sites to the list.
