Trinity Capital and Golub Capital Price Notes Offerings

Trinity Capital priced a $300 million notes offering due in 2031, while Golub Capital priced a $500 million notes offering also due in 2031. Golub Capital intends to use the proceeds from its offering to repay JPM credit debt.
