Traffickers Arrested in Senegal for Attempting to Circulate Blackened Paper as U.S. Dollars

Authorities in Toubab Dialaw seized nearly 48 million CFA francs worth of counterfeit currency and detained four suspects who attempted to pass heavily altered paper notes disguised as genuine American banknotes.
