Traffic Collapse on Southern Croatian Border Due to Issues on Montenegrin Side

Southern Croatia is experiencing a traffic collapse with large queues at the border, reportedly due to problems on the Montenegrin side. Croatian police are working with their Montenegrin counterparts to find a way to speed up vehicle flow.
