Tourist finds motorcycle gear in Istria cliffs, turns out to be abandoned by hiker

Emergency services were dispatched to an Istrian roadside after a tourist discovered a helmet, phone, and broken motorcycle parts, fearing a crash; however, authorities confirmed a Nepali traveler had simply left the items behind.
