Tokyo Police Develop Stylish Bicycle Helmets to Boost Usage
The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, in collaboration with university students, has developed bicycle helmets designed to be "stylish and desirable to wear." The initiative aims to increase helmet usage rates and was promoted at a traffic safety class in Tokyo on the 12th.
