Toddler Seriously Injured After Falling from Second Floor in Portugal

A young child suffered severe pelvic and hip fractures after falling from a second-story window or balcony in Portugal. The victim was transported to Hospital das Caldas da Rainha while the PSP investigates the circumstances surrounding the fall.
