Three Minors Charged in Mulhouse Kidnapping and Assault

Three minors have been charged in Mulhouse for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a teenager. The victim reported being forced onto a scooter, taken to a basement, beaten, and threatened with a taser over what was described as 'a bad look'.
