Tri Michelinove zvezdice, 18 točk GaultMillau, zdaj chef odhaja zaradi sina

Sven Wassmer je v osmih letih v prestižnem Grand Resortu Bad Ragaz dosegel vrh sveta visoke kulinarike in se vpisal med najboljše kuharske mojstre v Švici in na svetu. A 39-letni chef se je odločil za veliko življenjsko spremembo. Njegov najmlajši sin ima avtizem, kar je spremenilo življenje družine in njene prioritete. Konec februarja prihodnje leto bo zato zapustil restavracijo Memories in se skupaj z ženo Amando bolj posvetil družini ter lastnim projektom.
