Three Babbar Khalsa Operatives Arrested with Explosives and Guns in Chandigarh
Three operatives of the Babbar Khalsa group have been arrested in Chandigarh with 5 kg of explosives and guns. Investigators suspect they planned to plant an improvised explosive device (IED) to create terror.
