Thomas the Tank Engine Author's Grandchildren in Tax Dispute

The managers of a trust for the grandchildren of Wilbert Awdry, author of Thomas the Tank Engine, are engaged in a court battle with HMRC over a substantial tax bill on royalties, nearly 30 years after his death.
