Sweden to Introduce Information Duty for Authorities on Undocumented Foreigners

Six Swedish authorities will be mandated to inform police and the Migration Agency if they suspect a foreigner lacks the legal right to reside in Sweden, with the new information duty set to be implemented this summer.
