Suspect Charged with Murder in Kidnapped Businessman's Death in California

A 66-year-old suspect, Jianquan Bo of Irvine, California, has been charged with murder. He is accused of assisting his brother in the kidnapping of 60-year-old Chino Hills resident Shukur Aikebaer, who was subsequently shot dead in the trunk of a car.
