Supreme Court Rejects Plea Against Contempt for Remarks on Judge
India's Supreme Court dismissed a lawyer's petition challenging contempt proceedings initiated against him for making remarks against a High Court judge. The court reiterated that while fair criticism of judges is permissible, baseless allegations will not be tolerated.
