Supreme Court Orders Reopening of Newborn Death Compensation Case in Jablonec n. N.

The Supreme Court has granted parents a new opportunity for apology and compensation for the death of their newborn after birth at Jablonec nad Nisou Hospital, returning the case to the regional court to clarify discrepancies after it initially sided with the hospital.

Soud nařídil znovu otevřít spor o odškodné za úmrtí novorozence v Jablonci n. N.

Nejvyšší soud (NS) dal rodičům novou šanci na omluvu a odškodnění za úmrtí novorozence po porodu v Nemocnici Jablonec nad Nisou. Případ vrátil libereckému krajskému soudu, který se původně postavil na stranu nemocnice. Nyní musí vyjasnit rozpory mezi znaleckými posudky. Rozhodnutí nejvyšší instance je dočasně zpřístupněné na úřední desce.
