Supreme Court Declines Wolastoqey Appeal on Aboriginal Title

The Supreme Court of Canada has refused to hear an appeal from the Wolastoqey First Nations regarding an Aboriginal title ruling, meaning private industrial forest land in New Brunswick will remain excluded from their ownership claim.
