Stolen Skull of St. Zdislava Recovered and to be Returned

The story of a stolen relic in the Czech Republic has a happy ending as restorers successfully recovered the valuable skull of St. Zdislava, which was stolen in mid-May from a basilica in Jablonné v Podještědí. The remains will be ceremonially exhibited and returned to her tomb.

Príbeh ukradnutej relikvie v Českej republike má šťastný koniec. Reštaurátorom sa podarilo úspešne zachrániť vzácnu lebku svätej Zdislavy, ktorú v polovici mája odcudzil zlodej z baziliky v Jablonnom v Podještědí. Pozostatky svätice budú slávnostne vystavené počas najbližšej sobotňajšej púte 30. mája a následne ich definitívne uložia späť do hrobky.
