Spanish Treasury Submits New Funding System to Autonomous Communities for Negotiation

The Spanish Treasury has sent the new financing system proposal to the autonomous communities, opening it up for negotiation. The model, previously agreed upon with ERC, is expected to be approved with the votes of the Government and Catalonia.
