Spanish National Court orders tax agency to refund Orange nearly €200 million

Spain's Audiencia Nacional has compelled the Treasury to return almost €200 million to Orange, citing the unconstitutionality of Montoro's tax reform. This adds to previous refunds for the 2021 fiscal year and the Economic Activities Tax.
