Spanish Government Stricter on Background Checks for Regularization
The Spanish Council of Ministers approved a decree that will make background checks for regularization stricter, while also making it more flexible to obtain the required document from third countries, discarding a mere "responsible declaration" as previously demanded by the Interior Ministry.
