Spain's CNMC Prepares Sanctions for Major Blackout

Spain's competition regulator, CNMC, is finalizing nearly a hundred sanctions related to a major blackout that occurred on April 28. The first block of around a dozen cases will target Red Eléctrica and power plants belonging to Iberdrola, Endesa, and Naturgy, among others.
